Tasting Notes
Bellenda Prima Cuvée Xtra Dry Prosecco Doc Treviso
A delicate, aromatic sparkling wine, made from Glera grapes cultivated on the hillsides of Treviso. In the glass, it is lustrous and brilliant, with a fine-grained perlage and generous mousse. Full and rich impressions of white peach and Golden Delicious apple, floral notes of wisteria blossom. It makes a wonderful aperitif thanks to its stylish, typical bouquet, a good all-rounder for many food preparations such as vegetable risotto, fried or raw fish.
Colosi Passito
The Colosi “Passito” (IGP Terre Siciliane) has a golden yellow colour with amber golden highlights, the nose offers a fruity bouquet with notes of apricot, dry figs, citrus , dates and honey. The taste is harmonious, sweet and delicate, fresh and gently alcoholic. A dessert wine based on Moscato Bianco grapes that goes perfectly with Sicilian pastries like cannoli and cassata, creamy desserts and ice-creams, blue cheese and fermented cheeses in general.
